Connecticut Casino Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has announced that he will be on trial at the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court in November.  “The bus depot at the Foxwoods Casino was in a dangerous and slippery condition on a December evening.  As a result, one of the casino’s patrons slipped and fell to the ground.  She fractured her hip as a result.  The operator of the casino refuses to accept any responsibility for this dangerous condition so we will ask the court to make an award of damages at trial.”  Tim O’Keefe
