Connecticut Casino Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a Florida woman who was injured while a patron at the Foxwoods Resort and Casino.  “It appears from our investigation that the Gaming Enterprise failed to do an adequate job in maintaining the premises in a reasonably safe condition.  As a result, our client was very badly injured and she continues to be impacted by her injuries.  The Gaming Enterprise denies legal responsibility so we were forced to file a formal lawsuit at the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court.”  Tim O’Keefe
